“GABRIELA STANESCU” ATTORNEY OFFICE was created in year 1995. Our team is at your disposal for consultancy in the most diverse areas of law in a pleasant and friendly environment.
We provide legal assistance to natural and legal persons from abroad, as well, representing their interests before Romanian institutions and persons, the office members being proficient in English and French.
Along the experience and practice years, we managed to satisfy the needs of our clients’, legal persons, as well as natural persons, being able to obtain success, both in litigations and in negotiations and mediations of the conflicting situations.

Graduated the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest, in 1991, defending the Diploma Paper in the field of industrial property right, with the title “Geographical marks and indications”.
In 1995, she established “GABRIELA STANESCU” Individual Attorney Office, as full-rank attorney.
During the long practice period, Att. Gabriela Stanescu worked on numerous litigations of civil, trade, family, labour, criminal law and others.

Graduated the Faculty of Law, Romanian-American University, in 2008. She defended the Diploma Paper in the Civil Law – “Protection of natural persons through civil law means. Theoretical and practical aspects”.
Starting with year 2006, she has been collaborating with “GABRIELA STANESCU” Individual Attorney Office, until year 2008, when she was admitted to the Bucharest Bar, at present being a beginner attorney.
Att. Nicoleta Ganciu specialized during our collaboration in elements of trade law: establishing trading companies, modifications and dissolving, providing a permanent relation with the Trade Register.
